Terms for partners

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to businesses presenting their venue, market stall or accommodation on the Craiova Events platform, operated by NEWTIME CONCEPT SOLUTIONS S.R.L., Str. Albișoarei nr. 7, Craiova, județul Dolj, J16/242/2018, CUI RO38803627, contact@aicraiova.ro. They summarise the advertising and subscription contract; the signed contract prevails. The binding version is the Romanian one.

2. Key rules

• Annual subscriptions (market stalls: for the duration of the Christmas Market); no automatic renewal; 0% commission; the platform takes no money from travellers.
• Paid positions and assistant recommendations are clearly labelled "Partner". The ranking rules are published at /cum-ordonam.
• We guarantee the features of the package, not a number of visitors, bookings or customers.
• Changes to your terms are announced by email at least 15 days in advance; suspensions are explained in writing at the latest when they take effect; termination by us requires 30 days notice, except where the law provides otherwise.
• Complaints: contact@aicraiova.ro. We acknowledge within 2 working days and answer within 15 days.
