How we rank results

1. In short

Some venues and accommodation providers pay for a better position in the lists or to be recommended by the virtual assistants. They are clearly marked "Partner". All the others are ranked by their distance from you.

2. Where to eat and drink (restaurants, cafés, bars, market stalls)

• Venues with the "Partner" package come first, marked "Partner". Their order changes automatically every hour, so that each one comes first equally often; none has a fixed paid position.
• Next come the other venues on the platform, ranked by distance from you (if you share your location) or from Mihai Viteazul Square (without location).
• If other venues in the city are shown, they come last, also by distance. Their data comes from OpenStreetMap.
• Filters (restaurant, café, bar, pastry shop, club) only narrow the list; they do not change the order.

3. Where to sleep (hotels and other accommodation)

• Accommodation with the "Partner Plus" package comes first, then accommodation with the "Partner" package, all marked "Partner". Within each of the two groups the order changes automatically every hour.
• Next come the other accommodation providers on the platform, by distance from you or from Mihai Viteazul Square.
• If other accommodation in the city is shown, it comes last, by distance, without prices and without requests.

4. Recommendations by the assistants Noel and EVE

• When you ask where to eat or sleep, the assistants recommend the paying partners of the platform and mark them in the answer with "(Partner)", in your language.
• If you ask for something specific (for example "mulled wine"), the assistant picks the partner that has exactly that on its menu. For general questions, it picks partners in rotation.
• If no partner has what you are looking for, the assistant tells you honestly and may mention other places, without the "Partner" label.

5. What does not affect the order

• We do not sell a permanent first place: payment gives access to the group at the top of the list, in rotation, not a guaranteed first position.
• We take no commission on bookings or spending, and the order does not depend on how many bookings a venue receives through the platform.
• We do not use your personal data to change the order; your location, if you share it, is used only on your phone, to compute distances.
