1. Who we are

The Craiova Events platform (events, christmas, easter, evenimente and targuri.aicraiova.ro) is built and run by NEWTIME CONCEPT SOLUTIONS S.R.L., Str. Albișoarei nr. 7, Craiova, județul Dolj, România, J16/242/2018, CUI RO38803627, contact@aicraiova.ro. By using the platform you accept these terms.

2. What the platform offers

The platform is free for visitors and needs no account. It offers information about events in Craiova, maps and guidance, transport, sights, virtual assistants, translations, accommodation requests, restaurant bookings and reports to the City Hall.

Event information comes from the organisers and from public sources. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but schedules, times, prices and transport may change. For important information, please also check with the organiser or the transport operator.

3. The virtual assistants (EVE, Noel) and translations

The assistants and translations are produced by artificial intelligence systems, not by people. Answers may contain mistakes and are not advice of any kind. Do not rely on them in an emergency: call 112.

4. Accommodation requests

• A request sent to a hotel is NOT a confirmed booking until the hotel confirms it. You see the hotel answer on the request page and receive it by email.
• Prices, available rooms, check-in/check-out times and cancellation terms are set by the hotel, which is responsible for them.
• You pay directly at the hotel. NEWTIME takes no money from travellers, is not a travel agency and does not handle payments.
• You can cancel your request at any time from its page. Cancelling a booking already confirmed follows the hotel rules.

5. Restaurant bookings and the waiting list

• A table request is NOT a confirmed booking until the venue accepts it.
• When the venue is full, it may put you on the waiting list. The announced time ("a table frees up in about 10 minutes") is the venue estimate, not a guarantee.
• When you are told your table is free, confirm that you are coming; otherwise the venue may give the table to the next person in line.
• Ordering and payment are made directly with the venue. NEWTIME is not a party to the relationship between you and the venue.

6. Reports to the City Hall

Reports are forwarded to the departments of Craiova City Hall. Resolution and deadlines depend on the City Hall; NEWTIME does not guarantee a resolution. Reports are not for emergencies: in an emergency call 112.

7. Fair use

Do not send fake requests, abusive messages or illegal content and do not try to disrupt the platform. If a hotel or restaurant flags a request as fake, future requests from the same device are shown to hotels and restaurants with a warning.

8. Partners

Some hotels and restaurants pay to appear first in the list. They are clearly marked "Partner". The others are sorted by distance.

9. Notifications

You receive notifications only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time, from the button on the site or from your browser settings.

10. Intellectual property

The design, code, texts and assistants of the platform belong to NEWTIME. Event names, insignia and photos belong to their owners. Do not copy the platform content for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NEWTIME is not liable for schedule changes made by organisers, for the services of hotels and restaurants, or for technical interruptions beyond its control. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are first settled amicably, at contact@aicraiova.ro; otherwise by the competent courts in Romania. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page.
